Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have been purchased.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carltonsarkansasdirt@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We reserve the right to replace or refund items at our discretion for orders that are damaged or incorrect.
